Business in the Community's membership scheme aims to support businesses in improving their approach to employee wellbeing. It has two levels, Core and Champion, and pricing for new members ranges from £3,500 to £10,500.

BITC’s Wellbeing campaign works to ensure employee wellbeing is a strategic boardroom issue, and to support healthier, happier, and more productive employees. As part of achieving this, their membership scheme gives access to an advisory service, member-only resources, and a network of peers. Wellbeing members are encouraged and supported to become proactive and preventative in order to develop a culture of wellbeing within their business.

Through a partnership with Mental Health First Aid England, all members are also offered their two-day Mental Health First Aid courseMental Health First Aid (MHFA) England workplace training Web page Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England offers a variety of training for employers across the UK.
