Blue Light Together
Blue Light Together is the place for UK emergency services staff, volunteers, retirees and friends and family to find information, ideas and support.
It’s written and run by the Mental Health at Work team, so is a little like this site: hundreds of resources, links and real life stories to help UK emergency services people find the right support, make a change or help those around them.
But Blue Light Together is entirely based on opinions and choices of people in the emergency services community. Everything you’ll find there has either been:
- written or selected based on issues that police, fire, search & rescue and ambulance teams have told us they’re experiencing, or
- specifically recommended by serving emergency personnel or expert charities: The Ambulance Staff Charity, The Fire Fighters Charity, Police Care UK and Lifelines Scotland.
