This collection of resources for the ambulance workforce aims to improve levels of morale, motivation, staff satisfaction, wellbeing and engagement and improve the working lives of all staff in the ambulance service.
It features information on leading healthy workplaces, reducing stresses such as bullying and disengagement, and a free mental wellness resource called Head First.
It was developed in partnership with employers, trade unions and NHS Employers and supported by the Association of Ambulance Chief Executives and the National Ambulance Strategic Partnership Forum.
NHS Employers works with employers across the NHS in England to reflect their views and act on their behalf.
