A Guide for Small Businesses

PDF

This guide offers advice and tips on how small business owners and the self-employed can approach mental health in the workplace. It also provides links to other organisations where you can go for more detailed information and advice.

As well as this, throughout the guide there are short explanations of some of the most common mental health problems to encourage people to feel confident enough to talk about mental health in the workplace. To put this into context, there are case study stories from people who have experienced poor mental health at work and from people who have implemented wellbeing strategies in their small business. This guide culminates together to really send the message that ‘It’s okay to talk about mental health’.
