Solent Mind offers a range of training and support in workplace wellbeing and mental health, from 45-minute presentations to whole-day training sessions and longer-term consultancy services.
Solent Mind
Solent Mind is an independent local charity, part of the Mind network, that provides mental health support and information across Hampshire, Southampton and Portsmouth. They work with individuals and groups across different age groups, and their range of services includes:
- Advocacy, including a young people’s advocacy service
- Peer support
- Dementia support
- Work with schools, colleges and universities
- Talking therapies
- Supporting the emergency services
- Workplace wellbeing training
- Mayfield Nurseries, a working plant nursery and social enterprise
- Wellbeing Centres across the region
