Spotlight on mental health
The Considerate Constructors Scheme's Spotlight on Mental Health has facts and figures, legal information and a regularly-updated library of examples of best practice in supporting mental health in construction.
Considerate Constructors Scheme is a non-profit-making, independent organisation founded in 1997 by the construction industry to improve its image. Construction sites, companies and suppliers voluntarily register with the scheme and agree to abide by the Code of Considerate Practice. Its main areas of concern are the general public, the workforce and the environment.
Their Best Practice Hub hosts examples of construction industry best practice on a wide variety of issues, to be shared across the industry and beyond. They are submitted by registered sites, companies and suppliers, industry bodies, government organisations and educational establishments. If you have any examples of best practice, or sources of information that might be useful to share with others, you can submit them to the Hub team via their website.
