And so, once again, the nights are drawing in, the fairy lights are up, and the Christmas films have returned to Netflix. Despite the well intentioned festive cheer and delight, it’s fair to say that 2021 has been another strange year. We don’t need to tell you why.

Throughout the pandemic we’ve all been trying to find ways to cope, and it’s not always been easy. As the year comes to a close, we spoke to some people we’ve worked with this year to find out things that they’ve changed – helping them stay well at work during times of uncertainty and worry.
